So.....What'sNew?
I have been neglecting my blog lately. I have a good reason...
I have been recently contracted as a Consulting Engineer for a great company called Opsware. As a result, I have been immersed in their Server Automation Service product and have been traveling all over the country. This product is intense! My recent assignment has me working very close to my home, thankfully, with a 6-7 month timefame. I am managing the project as well as providing an onsite presence for Opsware, Inc.
I really like waht I am doing. It is a far cry from the stagnation that was prevalent in my past job. I miss the people from the old company but I am coping well and seem to have a clear career path with Opsware.
When I am not traveling nor working, church and family have been keeping me busy. (That is not a bad thing, I tell you.) My wife and I have been enjoying riding my motorcycle together as well as some home projects that we have been able to kick off. I thank God for his blessings for they are overflowing lately.

We miss you at the former employer too and are trying our best to cope with your absence, but realize that OpsWare was a great opportunity.
